If you’ve always dreamed of getting married in a garden, Gardencourt is the perfect wedding venue in Louisville for you. Gardencourt is over a hundred years old and features mature gardens and pathways for your guests to explore. Our favorite ceremony spot here is under the column-lined pergola. Make sure to get married during the spring and summer when it is all greened! If you need an indoor option, Gardencourt provides a beautiful space that is historic and elegant.
Yew Dell Botanical Gardens
If you’re dreaming of an outdoor wedding, then Yew Dell is the perfect venue in Kentucky for you! Yew Dell used to home nursery-industry leader Theodore Klein and to this day you can still find rare plant and flower varieties. The best thing about Yew Dell Botanical Gardens is that you can have both indoor and outdoor options when it comes to your ceremony. Hermitage Farms is about a thirty minute drive from Louisville, but is still a great option for a wedding venue. One unique thing about Heritage Farms is that they allow your guests to stay overnight. It’s a great option for couples who would like to have a destination wedding on a budget. Hermitage Farms offers beautiful outdoor settings, with tents and also for your guests to stroll. This venue also can hold smaller events indoors.
Oxmoor Farms
This wedding venue is considered one of Louisville’s best kept secrets. Oxmoor Farms is a smaller estate that is privately owned, so not very many people know about it.
