Castle and Key
Historic buildings receiving new life by turning into wedding venues is common here in Lexington, Kentucky. Castle and Key is no different. Now a brewing company, Castle and Key is the new, hip venue to get married. Our favorite detail about the venue is their multiple outdoor options. Your ceremony can be on the grass or underneath the pergola. We love that guests can have an experience by traveling from outdoor to indoor spaces.
Talon Winery
If you long to get married among grapevines but don’t have the budget to do a destination wedding to Napa, California; Talon Winery is a great option B! This wedding venue is another great space that has both indoor and outdoor options. Their pergola looks great dressed up in lush flowers and the Barn is perfect to hang greenery across. Plus, you can imagine that their wine is tasty!
The Barn at Springhouse
The Barn at Springhouse is a hidden gem among Lexington, Kentucky wedding venues. With beautiful and lush gardens, there will be a picture perfect moment around each corner. Our favorite thing about Springhouse is their clear tent. With gorgeous gardens surrounding, this tent allows your guests to take in all the views. For a rain plan, Springhouse also has a barn that can hold a smaller wedding.
The Polo Barn
If you’re looking for the full Kentucky experience, getting married at The Polo Barn is the right wedding venue for you! With bluegrass fields and Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby, you have two of the Kentucky classics! The Polo Barn’s tent is elegant and modern. To be honest, their tent is one of our favorites! This venue also has other indoor and outdoor spaces to utilize, depending on your wedding style. Of course, we always think flowers go great with an outdoor option!
Keeneland
One of the best things about Kentucky wedding venues is that you can’t go wrong with the scenery. Keeneland is no exception. If you decide to have your wedding here, you’ll get rolling green hills mix with historic charm. Keeneland is another venue that offers multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to hold your event. Our personal favorite? The Keene Barn. With their tall ceilings and open walls, you get the best of both worlds. With the rustic historic charm of their barn and with the picturesque rolling hills, you can’t go wrong getting married at Keeneland!
The Apiary
The Apiary is a favorite wedding venue in Lexington. With its modern twist on a timeless, classic estate; The Apiary attracts engaged couples from all across the nation. With their renowned in-house catering to their stunning indoor reception space, you can’t go wrong getting married at this beautiful Kentucky venue! We love The Apiary’s outdoor courtyard. It gives off such an Italian-esque vibe!
