Alex + Nicole | Spring Kentucky Wedding
You’re going to love this classic boho style wedding on the blog this week. Alex and Nicole were such an adorable couple to work with, and the results at the Provo City Center Temple and White Shanty were absolutely amazing!
Nicole requested succulents in her bouquet, which I was over the moon about — I had yet to make a bouquet with succulents! Her bouquet turned out so beautifully, she even had tears in her eyes when she saw it, which is the best compliment you could ever give a florist!
Since she wanted a timeless color palette — white and champagne with a touch of lavender — we used peonies, succulents, anemones, and quicksand garden roses in her bouquet. We also added some real lavender and more succulents in the wedding table arrangements, along with some gorgeous and long garlands for the tables in the reception.
Not only did her bridesmaids wear the most stunning vintage style dresses, they all had beautiful bouquets with ribbon to match! It was so fun to work with a bride who cared about all of the small details.
It ended up pouring rain during the reception, but they kept the barn doors open which gave the entire event a romantic, cozy and intimate feel — just perfect for Alex and Nicole’s celebration!
